Born in the town Decin, Czechoslovakia (now Czech Republic) on February 28, 1984, Karolina Kurkova had a little taste of what will be like a celebrity, as her father Josef Kurka was a star basketball player. As a child, made her relatively awkward tall and skinny, but that’ll all change with age. A close friend recognized her beauty and sent photos of Kurkova to an agent in Prague.
